Terms of Service
Late arrivals will have their services altered to fit the time designated to your appointment time. If you are 15 minutes late a $15.00 late fee will be added at check out. If you are 15 minutes late and you have not reached out to me your appointment will be canceled and as a no show appointment and will have to be rescheduled.
Appointment Rescheduling and Canceling
All appointments must be canceled 12 hours prior to appointment to avoid a $35 cancellation fee.
No Show - No Call appointments may result in having to pay the full price of service prior to being able to reschedule. After 3 times of No Show - No Call your appointments with me will be declined.
If you are feeling sick you MUST reschedule your appointment. If you are diagnosed with Covid you Must reschedule and state guidelines must be followed. If you show up for your appointment and you are sick or have been diagnosed with Covid your appointment will not continue and will have to reschedule your appointment.
Kiddo's are welcome but must be monitored by an adult. Fighting, playing with products or coffee area, and running the hall are not permitted and you may be asked to remove them from the salon.
Suspicion of Head-lice
If nits (head-lice eggs) or lice its self are found or suspected, your appointment will not continue and must vacate the salon at once and may not wait in the waiting area. The state health nurse will be able to assist you if you have any additional questions on removal. Once there are no nits or lice found you are free to reschedule.
