What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Booking an appointment with a new stylist it can be exciting and maybe even a bit scary, I get it. After you book you will receive 2 text messages, one right away and one 24 hours prior to your appointment. A complete walk through on how to book is on the FAQ page. Before you even walk through my doors I want you feeling comfortable and confident so I will be sending you a form to fill out at your convenience where you get to tell me a little more in depth about your hair and the desired look we are going to be looking to get to. Once I receive the form I will get back to you with in 24- 48 hour to confirm it was received. This can put your mind at ease that we can be on the same page when you come in.
During Your Visit
During this time we get to know the desired hair you are looking for a bit better. Also talking about the health of your hair and at home care after your service.
With a relaxing environment, cozy drinks, and goodies to snack on your worries will fade away, enjoying your self care time.
After Goodbye
Once we complete your look, we will review any at home recommendations for maintaining your look, and when it would be best to come in for your next appointment. You'll also be sent home with a prescription card with details of when to book again and what to book for, and any products we've discussed, taking any confusion out of it for you.
